All Gardencare products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, the period of the warranty varies according to the product. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase and is conditional on the product being serviced at the recommended intervals by a Approved Gardencare Network Dealer.

Extended 5 Year Warranty

Products eligible for the extended 5 year warranty are all petrol lawnmowers including ride on mowers. The warranty covers faults which may occur due to faulty components or workmanship but excludes consumable items, fair wear and tear or defects caused by misuse. Certain components are covered by their own manufacturer’s warranties. Your product must be registered at gardencaredirect.com or through a Gardencare retailer, we will undertake to send reminders at 10 month intervals to remind you a service is due on your product to keep it within the 5 year warranty. Machinery must be serviced by an Approved Gardencare Network Dealer. After each service the products warranty will be extended for a further 12 months up to a maximum of 5 years
