The included cordierite pizza stone absorbs heat quickly, meaning the oven is ready to cook in just 10–15 minutes. You can cook pizzas up to 14″ in size in approximately 60 seconds, giving you fast, authentic wood-fired results every time.

Supplied with useful accessories including a pizza peel for safely sliding pizzas into the oven and a smoking cap to infuse your food with the delicious smoky flavour only a wood-fired oven can provide.

The oven runs on either charcoal or efficient, sustainable hardwood pellets, which are easily fed through the rear hopper — a quick and simple method that means less time cooking and more time enjoying great food with the family.

Important: Please ensure you use the fixing bolts supplied to give ample distance between the fuel box and handle to prevent burning. Remove the front and rear handles before covering the oven, and always ensure the oven has fully cooled down before fitting the cover.
