Online Orders

How can I find my order status?

To find the status of your order click the “My Account” button at the top right corner of any page and then click “Dashboard”. Then click “Recent Orders” where you will see a list of all your recent orders. Here you will be able to see your, Order Number, Order Date, and Order Status.

Is it possible to change the address/cancel or amend my order?

If you need to change the Name or Address on an order then you need to contact us immediately. Once we have dispatched an item we are unable to change any details.

Why has my order been cancelled?

There are a few reasons why your order could of been cancelled but in the event we do need to cancel your order we will email you immediately. If you have not received this email or need further help please email “customerservice@skautoandgm.co.uk” with your order number as the Subject Heading.

What do I do if I have received a damaged item?

We are very sorry that your order has arrived damaged, and we will do everything we can to put things right. Firstly if any damage is visible before removing any of the packaging please photograph this before unpacking. Please then photograph any damage to the actual item and please email “customerservice@skautoandgm.co.uk” or Call us on: 01992 252 574

The item I bought is now in sale, can I get the difference refunded?

As an online business our prices change in accordance with trends, customer demand and stock availability we are, therefore, unable to refund the difference in price when an item you have purchased goes into sale, although we do appreciate how frustrating this can be.

How long will it be before I get a refund?

Once we have received any returned items back we will refund you within 48 hours.

Delivery

How can I find my order status?

For small and light items we ship most orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 depending on the service selected at the checkout. For other items up to 30kg we will ship orders via Parcelforce Express 24 or Express 48 depending on the service selected.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes. You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number. We also ask for a mobile number so our courier can inform you of the status of your order.

Will my order be delivered on a weekend?

If your order is being delivered by Royal Mail they will usually deliver parcels on a Saturday. If your order is being delivered by Parcelforce then your order will be delivered on the next working day, unless you paid for Saturday Delivery at the checkout. None of our couriers deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

My order hasn't arrived, what should i do?

If your order has not been delivered by the expected delivery date then please email “customerservice@skautoandgm.co.uk”.

Will my parcel still be delivered if I am not home?

The majority of our items need to be signed for on delivery. If it’s possible, our courier’s drivers may attempt to leave it safe with an immediate neighbour or opposite your property. If a signature is required, then the driver won’t leave the parcel without one, even if it is safe to do so.

Can I choose what time my order is delivered?

Sadly, it’s not possible to select a delivery time slot for orders. Our couriers will usually deliver between 9am and 6pm with Standard Next Day Delivery. However, there can be occasions where deliveries may be attempted pre-9am and up to 8pm during busy times of the year such as Christmas.
