Description
This horizontal log splitter from Gardencare is a great way to split logs, allowing you to leave the axe in the shed. Exerting a splitting force of up to 5 tonnes, this powerful machine can accommodate logs up to 52cm / 20″ in length and 25cm / 10″ in diameter. Dependent upon wood type and log size, this machine can split up to 100 logs per hour. 4 way splitter sold seperately.
Power is provided by a 2,200 watt mains powered (230v AC) electric motor and the splitter is supplied with 6m / c.20′ of cable and a 3 pin plug. The durable steel stand allows the splitter to be used as a freestanding unit, whilst transport wheels allow it to be resited quickly and easily.
