You can purchase a mulching plug as an optional extra and this comes highly recommended. The mulching system on this Mountfield 1328H allows the finely cut grass to be recycled back to your lawn where it will wilt naturally and return vital nutrients to your grass. Your grass will be strong and healthy and you won’t need to purchase additional lawn fertilizing products, saving you money, time and effort.
If your grass is too long to mulch, you may prefer to collect the grass and you will find that the 170 litre collection bag is more than capable and will hold more grass than you might think. Also, it can be easily emptied from the driver’s seat. A useful “bag full “ buzzer will alert to the fact it needs emptying, before it gets overfull.
